The mini manual grape crusher with flywheel is a simple and compact machine designed for crushing small quantities of grapes in home, hobby or artisanal winemaking.

It is suitable for small-scale winemaking and for users looking for a hand-operated grape crusher that is easy to use, requires no electricity and takes up little working space. Its indicative hourly output is 200–450 kg/h, depending on the type of grapes, the quantity loaded and the operator's working pace.

The machine is operated by means of the side flywheel. Turning the flywheel manually transfers motion to the rollers and agitator, helping the grapes move towards the crushing area. The self-adjusting aluminium rollers progressively crush the berries, allowing the must to be released.

The structure is made of enamelled sheet metal with a non-toxic coating suitable for food use. Its compact dimensions, low weight and 55.5 × 45.5 cm hopper make this grape crusher suitable for users with limited working space or smaller quantities of grapes to process.

The rollers are mounted using a special self-adjusting system that provides flexibility and helps prevent damage caused by solid parts passing through the machine.

This machine performs grape crushing only and does not separate the stems from the berries. If destemming is also required, a grape crusher-destemmer is the more appropriate type of machine.
