Semi-Centrifugal Grape Destemmer with Pump - Stainless Steel - 20-38 q.li/h

This model of semi-centrifugal destemmer is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel in Italy and is of Italian manufacture. The machine has been designed for destemming and crushing operations. The stainless steel destemmer is equipped with a loading hopper with a screw conveyor whose task is to carry the bunches towards the destemming chamber, where the separation of stems from berries and the crushing of the latter take place thanks to the combined action of the destemming shaft and the centrifugal pump. The pump supplied with the machine is also made of stainless steel and has a delivery head of 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically for transferring the must to the tanks where fermentation will take place.
One of the special features of this destemmer lies in the design of the frame, which can be completely tilted and opened both laterally, by removing the screen, and centrally (by tilting the hopper), allowing cleaning and maintenance operations to be carried out in the best possible way.
