The stainless steel semi-centrifugal grape destemmer with pump is designed and manufactured in Italy for destemming and crushing operations. The machine is made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.
Grapes are loaded into the hopper, where a screw conveyor carries the bunches towards the destemming chamber. Here, the stems are separated from the berries and the berries are crushed.
The machine is equipped with a stainless steel centrifugal pump for transferring the must to the fermentation tanks, with delivery of up to 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically.
The frame is designed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. The machine can be opened laterally by removing the stainless steel destemming screen and centrally by tilting the loading hopper.
