Semi-Centrifugal Grape Destemmer with Pump - 20-38 q.li/h

The semi-centrifugal destemmer is made of enamelled sheet metal with non-toxic coating, making it fully suitable for food use. The machine is designed and manufactured in Italy to optimise destemming and crushing operations. It is equipped with a loading hopper with a screw conveyor whose task is to carry the bunches towards the destemming chamber, where the separation of stems from berries and the crushing of the latter take place thanks to the combined action of the destemming shaft and the centrifugal pump. The semi-centrifugal destemmer is fitted with a stainless steel centrifugal pump for transferring the must up to a maximum of 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically.

The frame has been designed to make cleaning and maintenance operations even easier, as it can be fully opened both laterally, using the system that allows the stainless steel destemming screen to be removed, and centrally by tilting the loading hopper.

This model can meet a wide range of needs but is particularly suitable for small and medium-scale production.
