Semi-Centrifugal Grape Destemmer with Pump – 20–38 q/h

The semi-centrifugal grape destemmer with pump is designed and manufactured in Italy for small and medium-scale wine production. The machine is made from enamelled sheet metal with a non-toxic coating suitable for food use.

Grapes are loaded into the hopper, where a screw conveyor carries the bunches towards the destemming chamber. Here, the stems are separated from the berries and the berries are crushed.

The machine is equipped with a stainless steel centrifugal pump for transferring the must, with delivery of up to 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically.

The frame is designed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. The machine can be opened laterally by removing the stainless steel destemming screen and centrally by tilting the loading hopper.
