The manual filling machine with plate for Bag in Box is a compact solution for the manual filling of Bag in Box pouches. The kit includes a stainless steel filling gun, stainless steel support plate and digital flow meter with a maximum flow rate of 7000 L/h.
Filling takes place by gravity; alternatively, the system can be connected to a pump equipped with a pressure switch. The flow meter is mounted directly on the filling gun and can be rotated through the fixing fitting to make reading easier during operation.
The product is designed for filling wine or liquids with similar viscosity. The plate has an AISI 304 stainless steel support, with an anti-tear sandblasted surface finish, and is equipped with a central hole for fixing it to any support surface.
