The large manual grape crusher is equipped with self-adjusting rollers which, thanks to their special mounting system, help prevent damage caused by any solid parts passing through. This hand-operated grape crusher is suitable for small producers and is manufactured entirely in Italy. This crusher is a hybrid model, built with an enamelled sheet metal body coated with food-grade paints and fitted with a stainless steel loading hopper, 100 cm long and 63 cm wide, as well as a stainless steel agitator.
