This manual grape crusher, or hand-operated crusher, is the ideal solution for small producers, with a loading hopper measuring 100 x 63 cm that allows an hourly output between 6 and 8 quintals. The crusher is made entirely of enamelled sheet metal with non-toxic coating, making it suitable for food use.
In the loading hopper there is an agitator driven by the gears connected to the flywheel, whose task is to help feed the grapes towards the rollers. These feature a special mounting system that allows automatic adjustment of the crushing level, protecting the rollers and gears from damage caused by solid parts.
