The large manual grape crusher with flywheel and agitator is a simple and robust machine designed for small producers, experienced hobbyists and farms that need to crush larger quantities of grapes without using electricity.

The crusher is operated manually by means of the side flywheel. Turning the flywheel transfers motion to the gears, rollers and agitator. The grapes move from the hopper towards the crushing area, where the berries are progressively crushed, allowing the must to flow into a container positioned underneath the machine.

This large model is suitable for users looking for a hand-operated grape crusher with a higher capacity than mini, small and medium models. Its indicative hourly output is 600–800 kg/h, making it suitable for more intensive hobby use, small farms and artisanal grape processing during harvest.

The structure is made of enamelled sheet metal with a non-toxic coating suitable for food use. The 100 × 63 cm hopper provides ample loading capacity, while the agitator helps feed the grapes more evenly towards the self-adjusting rollers.

The rollers feature a special mounting system that allows the crushing level to adjust automatically, helping protect the rollers and gears if solid parts pass through the machine.

Compared with the large version fitted with a stainless steel hopper, this model is a more economical solution while maintaining the same capacity range and simple manual operation.

This machine performs grape crushing but does not automatically separate the grapes from the stems. If destemming is also required, a grape crusher-destemmer or destemmer is the more appropriate type of machine.
