Manual Grape Crusher with Flywheel, Stainless Steel Hopper & Agitator - 500–700 kg/h

This manual grape crusher is designed for small producers, hobby winemakers and farms that need to process medium quantities of grapes during the harvest. It operates entirely by hand, with no electricity required: the side flywheel drives the rollers and agitator, helping feed the grapes towards the crushing area.

The grapes are progressively crushed to help release the must, which can then be collected in a container positioned beneath the machine. This model is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel loading hopper and agitator, while the main body is made from enamelled sheet metal with a non-toxic coating.

The self-adjusting rollers help manage the crushing process and are mounted to provide the flexibility needed to reduce the risk of damage if solid parts pass between them. The hopper measures 85 × 56 cm, while the rollers are 22 cm long.

With an indicative output of 500–700 kg/h (5–7 quintals/h), this hand-operated grape crusher is suitable for small and medium-scale home, hobby and artisanal grape processing.

This machine crushes grapes but does not separate the berries from the stems. If destemming is also required, a grape crusher-destemmer or destemmer is the more appropriate type of machine.
