This manual grape crusher, also known as a hand-operated crusher, is the medium-size version with self-adjusting rollers and agitator. It is recommended for small producers who do not need to separate berries and stems and do not require very high output. The manual grape crusher has a body in enamelled sheet metal and a stainless steel loading hopper. The latter offers good capacity, measuring 85 x 56 cm, and is fitted with an internal agitator that helps direct the grapes towards the rollers, which are self-adjusting thanks to a special mounting system that gives them the flexibility needed to prevent damage to the hand-operated grape crusher caused by solid parts.
