Franke Sulfotannic Tablets with Vitamin C
FrankeThese Franke sulfotannic tablets with vitamin C are used in winemaking as a wine preservative. They contain potassium metabisulfite, tannic acid and vitamin C, and are designed to protect wine from haze formation as well as treat casse, rope and “giro” faults.
Sulfotannic tablets are particularly useful for protecting wine stored in vessels that are not completely full, and for safeguarding wine in summer and during transport.
Each tube contains 7 slow-release 10 g tablets to extend their efficacy.

Sulfotannic tablet dosage:
- 1 tablet per hL for preventive use;
