Flexible Impeller Volumetric Transfer Pump with Pulley Drive

The volumetric pump with pulley reduction is a self-priming flexible impeller pump operating at low RPM, and is particularly suitable for transferring liquids that are dense and/or contain suspended solids.

The pump is fitted with a flexible rubber impeller that transfers the liquid continuously without altering its characteristics.

It is widely used for transferring wine and must (even with grape residues), as well as in the oil and general food sector, especially for beer, fruit juices, milk and yoghurt. It is also commonly used in chemical and pharmaceutical applications.

This volumetric stainless steel pump with pulley reduction is built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel and mounted on a stainless steel trolley. It can be used for many different tasks, from transferring destemmed grapes to feeding a filter. The electrical system is separate and equipped with a motor protector in compliance with CE standards.
