Manual Grape Crusher-Destemmer with Inclined Hopper - 1,000 kg/h
The manual grape crusher-destemmer with inclined hopper is designed for the first stage of grape processing in small-scale wine production, where the grapes need to be crushed and the stems separated before fermentation.
Manual operation via the drive flywheel makes it suitable for hobby winemakers, small producers and wineries that process limited quantities of grapes and do not require an electric crusher-destemmer or a model with a pump.
The inclined hopper helps with grape loading, while the self-adjusting aluminium rollers allow the crushing process to be managed. Their special mounting system helps adjust the crushing level and protects the rollers and gears if solid parts pass through.
The destemming screen is made of stainless steel and allows the berries to be separated from the stems. Indicative hourly output is approximately 1,000 kg/h (10 quintals/h), depending on the type of grapes, ripeness and the operator’s working pace.
The crusher-destemmer is available in several versions: enamelled, enamelled with stainless steel hopper, or stainless steel.
