Anti-Flor Tablets Steryl are designed to prevent and eliminate surface film (flor) in wine or beer. Their effectiveness comes from the action of pure paraffin combined with isothiocyanate (mustard essence), which is particularly effective against aerobic microorganisms.
How to remove flor in wine or beer?
Using this product is very simple: just let the Anti-Flor tablets float inside the container. Once the active principle is released, they will sterilize the air above the wine while the isothiocyanate protects the liquid from further bacterial alterations and oxidation.
Anti-Flor tablets can be used as an alternative to airlocks and liquid paraffin oil.
