1000 L Stainless Steel Wine Tank with Oil Floating Lid
Enotoscana1000 L stainless steel wine tank with oil floating lid, ideal for cellar storage and for small to medium producers looking to keep air contact to a minimum. Made entirely in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), with a mirror-polished interior and a “fiorettata” (patterned) external finish.
The oil floating lid system is simple and effective: the stainless steel lid rests directly on the wine surface and vaseline oil (oenological oil) is poured around the edge to fill the gap between the lid and the tank wall, creating a barrier against oxygen. The lid automatically lowers as the level drops.
Heavy-duty construction with a 1 mm bottom thickness and a 1 mm cylinder thickness. The tank measures 93 cm in diameter and 150 cm in height and includes a dust cover and a 1" spout tap. An optional stand (galvanized or stainless steel) can be selected from the “Customise your product” menu.
