300 L Stainless Steel Wine Tank with Conical Bottom and Oil Floating Lid
Enotoscana300 L stainless steel wine tank with conical bottom and oil floating lid, designed for winemaking and ideal when you need easier management of lees and deposits. This is a Made in Italy tank built from AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), with a mirror-polished interior and a “fiorettata” (patterned) external finish.
The oil floating lid system helps protect wine from oxygen: the stainless steel lid rests on the wine surface and vaseline oil (oenological oil) is poured around the edge to seal the gap between the lid and the tank wall. The lid automatically lowers as the level drops.
The key advantage is the conical bottom, which directs residues downwards, making draining and cleaning easier. The tank is supplied with a dust cover and also includes a sample tap for quick checks.
