10-Plate Stainless Steel Plate Filter with Pump

The 10-plate stainless steel plate filter with pump is a compact, professional unit designed for filtering wine, beer, liqueurs and other beverages. The full AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures food-grade suitability, durability and easy cleaning.

The plate filter uses 20 x 20 cm filter pads in coarse, polishing or sterilizing versions. The pads are mounted on 10 filter stages, allowing rough filtration, clarification or fine polishing up to microfiltration, depending on the porosity selected.

The unit is equipped with a self-priming stainless steel Novax pump with a suction capacity of up to 9 metres, providing a steady and regular flow. A stainless steel drip tray positioned beneath the plates collects any leakage and helps keep the working area clean.

With an indicative output of approximately 250 litres/hour and a working pressure of up to 3 bar, this plate filter is suitable for small wineries, craft breweries and liqueur producers looking for a compact filtration system.
