Tank & Vat Washing System

Keeping tanks and vats perfectly clean is essential to ensure wine quality. Over time, fermentation and storage residues build up on the inner walls and are difficult to remove with manual cleaning alone.

This tank and vat washing system is designed to make these operations easier. It consists of a high-head stainless-steel centrifugal pump mounted on a stainless-steel trolley and a stainless-steel tank washing head with extension. Used with suitable cleaning agents for winery applications, it delivers thorough internal cleaning while reducing operator effort.

The stainless-steel centrifugal pump in the standard 2 HP version provides a maximum flow rate of 200 litres/min at 2.5 bar and is suitable for washing tanks with a cylinder height of up to 3 metres. The electrical system includes a control panel and emergency stop and complies with CE standards.

The washing head, made of stainless steel with a pyramidal shape, is equipped with an adjustable slide, anti-scratch protections and a 90 cm extension to position it correctly inside the tank and ensure even coverage of the internal walls.

Available option

• Three-phase 4 HP (3 kW) centrifugal pump, maximum flow rate 200 litres/min at 5 bar with Garolla 40 or 50 fitting, for washing tanks up to 6 m in height.
