Semi-automatic stainless steel benchtop labelling machine for bottles, cans and jars

The semi-automatic stainless steel benchtop labelling machine for bottles, cans and jars is designed to apply labels to cylindrical containers. It can also work with square-section containers using the appropriate optional equipment and is suitable for compatible containers made from synthetic materials.

This professional benchtop labeller is easy to operate and designed to deliver high-quality labelling results at a competitive price. It features a stainless steel structure, a knurled silicone-paper take-up roller with quick release and a microprocessor control board. The machine complies with CE regulations.

The standard configuration is equipped to dispense a single label. With the necessary optional equipment, the machine can apply a front label and a back label in the same cycle.

Additional options allow the machine to read side notches and bottom marks, position a label in a second step, apply labels to square-section bottles, install a stamping unit and accommodate different labelling requirements.

As standard, the machine can also label conical bottles with a maximum taper of 2°.

Two configurations are available: the standard version and an optional version equipped with a mechanically driven upper roller to hold the container in position during insertion.

Optional version with mechanically driven upper roller

An optional version is available with a mechanically driven upper roller that holds the container in position when it is inserted into the machine.

Optional labelling functions

Depending on the required configuration, additional equipment allows the following functions:

• Application of a front label and a back label in the same cycle;
• Reading of side notches and bottom marks;
• Positioning of a label in a second step;
• Application of labels to square-section bottles;
• Installation of a stamping unit;
• Additional labelling variants.

These functions require the appropriate optional equipment and should not be considered part of the standard single-label configuration.

Container and label requirements

Before ordering, check the dimensions and shape of the containers and the size of the labels to be applied.

The standard version accommodates cylindrical containers with diameters from 45 to 120 mm, with a minimum of 35 mm available on request. The optional version with an upper roller accommodates diameters from 60 to 120 mm, with a minimum of 17 mm available on request.

Both configurations have a standard maximum label length of 280 mm and a maximum label height of 140 mm. Larger formats are available through the specified optional configurations.

Samples and machine availability

After purchase, samples of the containers and labels are required for the initial commissioning of the machine.

Machine availability is approximately two weeks from receipt of the samples. We will do our best to minimise this time.
