Semi-automatic bottle labeller

The semi-automatic bottle labeller is designed to apply self-adhesive labels to smooth, cylindrical containers with a diameter between 50 and 120 mm, including glass and plastic bottles, jars, tins and other compatible containers.

This semi-automatic bottle labeling machine is suitable for wineries, olive oil producers, craft breweries, food processing workshops and small businesses packaging wine, oil, beer, juices, preserves and other compatible products. It helps make the labelling stage faster and more organised compared with manual application.

The adjustment mechanism allows the machine to adapt quickly to different container formats, making it suitable for artisanal production, varying batches and small to medium-sized packaging operations.

The motor is controlled by a photocell and a Start button, allowing a faster and more controlled labelling cycle.

The machine is made from food-grade PE500 polyethylene, a material that is easy to clean and resistant to liquids.

Depending on the required configuration, optional accessories are available to extend the machine's labelling functions:

These accessories are optional. Check the required configuration before ordering, particularly if you need to apply both a front label and a back label.

What to check before purchasing

To select the appropriate configuration, check the container diameter, label dimensions, container material and whether you need to apply a single label or both a front label and a back label.

Conical bottles: the machine can optionally be adapted for conical bottles, subject to a feasibility assessment. You will need to send two sample bottles and one label roll so that compatibility can be assessed and the cost of the optional adaptation can be quoted.
