The semi-automatic bottle labeller is suitable for all cylindrical containers with a diameter between 50 mm and 120 mm. It’s perfect for glass containers, jars, plastic bottles, tins, or any other smooth-surface material. The semi-automatic labeller features an adjustment mechanism that makes it highly versatile, allowing quick adaptation to different container formats; it is also equipped with a motor controlled by a photocell and a Start button, which makes the labelling process much faster.
The machine is made of food-grade PE500 polyethylene, which is very easy to clean and resistant to liquids.

NB: Optionally, the machine can be adapted for use with conical bottles. However, you will need to send 2 sample bottles and one label roll to carry out a feasibility study and quote the cost of the option.
