Pneumatic Capper for Twist-Off Caps

The bench-top pneumatic twist-off capper is designed for closing jars and bottles with twist-off caps. The operator positions the container and cap manually, then uses the dual safety push-buttons to activate the pneumatic container clamp and start the capping operation.

The machine accommodates containers with diameters from 20 to 110 mm and a maximum height of 320 mm. It requires a compressed-air connection at 6 bar.

Operation and capping-head configuration

After the container and cap have been positioned, the dual safety push-buttons activate the pneumatic clamp and capping mechanism. The tightening torque is adjustable from 1.2 to 4 N·m.

One capping head is included, configured for a single cap size. After placing your order, provide the specifications of the cap you intend to use.
