Coopers Wheat is a hopped malt extract kit made to brew a classic Weizen-style wheat beer: pale in colour, with a generous head and a typical light haze. On the palate it’s refreshing with a pleasantly tangy edge—ideal for summer drinking.

Made with selected barley and hops, it’s inspired by traditional Belgian and German wheat beers. Serving suggestion: best enjoyed at around 8°C. Each 1.7 kg can makes around 23 L of beer. The kit includes a yeast sachet for fermentation.
