Bench-top 4-nozzle vacuum filler

This machine uses vacuum technology and is made entirely of stainless steel with high-quality components to withstand intensive use. An electric system creates a vacuum inside the containers, enabling a very gentle filling method that avoids passing the liquid through pumps—both reducing stress on the product and preventing oxidation issues.

With this vacuum filler you can adjust the filling speed via the digital display and the vacuum regulator. Setting the latter is quick, precise and straightforward so you can adapt it to each product.

The machine is designed for intensive, precise and continuous operation. For this reason, the air-suction and product-priming circuits are kept separate.

The vacuum filler is equipped with a large accumulation vessel with stainless-steel float, automatic overfill shut-off and a stainless-steel full-drain valve. The electrical system also includes protection to prevent unintended restarts.

The support table is adjustable in height and tilt, while the fill level is easily set using the stainless-steel ring; you can also choose conical seals in various sizes or a plate for flush filling.
