800 L Stainless Steel Wine Tank with Air Floating Lid
Enotoscana800 L stainless steel wine tank with air floating lid, ideal for storing wine in the cellar and for businesses handling bulk wine, fully compliant with food-contact requirements. This variable-capacity tank is made entirely in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), with a mirror-polished interior and a “fiorettata” (patterned) external finish.
The pneumatic floating lid system is designed to help minimise oxidation: the stainless steel lid rests on the wine surface and the inflatable air chamber seals the gap between the lid and the tank wall. The vent valve allows gases to escape and helps reduce air ingress as the level drops.
Heavy-duty construction with a 1 mm bottom thickness and a 1 mm cylinder thickness. The tank measures 93 cm in diameter and 125 cm in height and includes a stainless steel tap with a 1" spout. Optional dust cover and stand (galvanized steel or stainless steel) can be selected from the “Customise your product” menu.
