The 7/16" (11.112 mm) suction and delivery valve is designed for David-type hydraulic jacks manufactured before 1984.

It is positioned at point 38 in the discharge assembly, just below the stop pin, and at position 28 in the pump assembly, as shown in the diagram available in the PDF file in the Attachments section.
