The copper filter column for 3-liter stills is an accessory designed for steam distillation, a method commonly used to extract essential oils.
The column is positioned between the boiler and the cooling pre-chamber. Herbs are placed inside it, keeping them separate from the water. Steam rising from the boiler then passes through the herbs, allowing steam distillation to take place.
This accessory is compatible with AgriStore 3-liter stills, in both mushroom-condenser and coil-condenser versions.
