The oil floating lid system is simple and effective: the stainless steel lid rests directly on the wine surface, and vaseline oil is poured around the edge to fill the gap between the lid and the tank wall. This creates a barrier that helps protect the wine from oxygen, while the lid automatically lowers as the level drops.
Compact and practical, this 35 L tank features a 32 cm diameter and a 54.5 cm height. An optional stand can be selected from the “Customise your product” menu.
