1-Liter Copper Pot Still – Coil (Worm) Condenser made entirely of copper, with a hand-forged iron stand supporting the boiler and the coil condenser. Supplied with a wooden board base. The still includes an analog thermometer to monitor boiler temperature and make accurate cuts—heads, hearts, and tails. Handcrafted piece with a 1.03 mm copper base. Made in Italy.

The cooling system on this compact copper distiller has a single water outlet: due to its size, continuous water recirculation isn’t necessary—just add ice to the condenser bath from time to time.

This copper still is suitable for the production of spirits (grappa, brandy, whisky, fruit distillates, etc.). It can also be used for essential oils (perfumes, liqueurs, remedies) and for high-proof alcohol such as vodka, where legally permitted.

From the options menu, you can customize your alembic by adding a copper mesh to prevent pomace from contacting the boiler bottom.
