The stainless steel wine racking tank is used during racking to separate wine from skins, seeds and other solid residues, including accidental ones. This unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is fitted with 4 swivelling stainless steel wheels, 2 of which have brakes. The internal filter, made of perforated sheet with 2 mm holes, is also made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
