Stainless Steel Column Capper

The Zeus column corker is a manual machine designed to support small and medium producers. Its build is especially robust, combining stainless steel with hardened steel components.

The corker works with natural and synthetic corks up to 60 mm in height and 40 mm in diameter. The standard working height is set at 60 cm (an optional 75 cm working-height version is available).

It handles half bottles, standard bottles and magnums with a maximum height of 65 cm and a diameter of 21 cm.

As noted, the column corker’s frame is stainless steel with hardened steel parts to ensure long service life and easy cleaning and maintenance. Accuracy is guaranteed by the head and prisms in heat-treated, hardened steel, CNC-milled.

For easier cleaning, the machine is fully demountable. To optimise stability, it features non-slip feet, making it suitable for use on any surface.
