The screw cap sealer is an innovative machine designed for the automatic closing of screw caps in various sizes. The screw-cap capping machine is made of stainless steel and is fully adjustable to suit different bottle heights and cap formats—for example standard and non-refillable oil caps, wine caps and spirits caps. This screw cap sealer rolls the cap perfectly onto the bottle thread, with an estimated output of around 300–400 bottles per hour.
The sealer can also be used with non-refillable (anti-tamper) pourer caps, which however require an optional applicator to help introduce them correctly into the bottle.

Note. After purchase, please send 50 unthreaded caps (the machine will form the threads) and two/three bottles to our premises so we can calibrate the capping head.
