The manual bottle labeller is suitable for all cylindrical containers with a diameter between 50 mm and 120 mm. It is perfect for glass containers, jars, plastic bottles, metal cans or any other material, provided the surface is smooth. The labeller features an adjustment mechanism that makes it highly versatile, allowing quick adaptation to different container formats. The roller-driven web feed makes operation very simple. The machine includes anti roll-back and web-lock systems, ensuring precise, accurate labelling. It is made from food-grade PE500 polyethylene, which is easy to clean and resistant to liquids.

NB: Optionally, the machine can be adapted for use with conical bottles. However, you will need to send 2 sample bottles and one label roll to carry out a feasibility study and quote the cost of the option. At a preliminary stage, the bottle technical sheet may suffice.
