Manual bottle labeller - Vivace line

The Vivace manual bottle labeller is suitable for cylindrical containers with a diameter between 50 and 120 mm. It is designed to apply self-adhesive labels to glass bottles, jars, plastic bottles, metal cans and other compatible containers, provided they have a smooth surface suitable for label application.

Suitable for small-scale production, wineries, olive oil producers, craft breweries, farms and food processing workshops, the Vivace can be used to label compatible containers for juices, preserves, jams and other packaged products.

Manual operation makes it suitable for artisanal batches and occasional production where a semi-automatic labeller is not required.

Roller-driven manual labelling system

The labeller features an adjustment mechanism that allows quick adaptation to different container formats.

The roller-driven label web feed makes operation straightforward. The anti roll-back and web-lock systems help prevent the label roll from moving backwards and keep the web in position, contributing to precise and accurate label application.

The machine is made from food-grade PE500 polyethylene, which is easy to clean and resistant to liquids.

A second-label kit is included for applications requiring a back label in addition to the front label.

What to check before purchasing

Before ordering, check the container diameter, label dimensions and container material. Also consider whether you need to apply a single label or both a front label and a back label.

Optional adaptation for conical bottles

The machine can optionally be adapted for conical bottles, subject to a feasibility assessment.

To assess feasibility and quote the cost of this option, you will need to send two sample bottles and one label roll. At the preliminary stage, the bottle technical sheet may be sufficient.
