Hydropneumatic Grape press

The hydropneumatic wine press is a type of press ideal for processing large quantities of grapes. It is an essential tool for the pressing of grapes, which is carried out by the pressure applied by the hydropneumatic (hydraulic and pneumatic) head. This operates in two stages: the first consists of the hydraulic downward stroke and the second of the pneumatic return stroke.

The hydropneumatic press is particularly suitable for medium and large wineries that produce significant quantities of wine.
