The hydraulic turbine bottle washer is designed for internal cleaning of glass bottles (wine, beer, soft drinks and other food liquids). The pressurised water jet drives the internal turbine, which in turn rotates the brushes and ensures an even cleaning of the bottle walls and bottom.
How the hydraulic turbine bottle washer works
When connected to the water supply, the water pressure automatically activates the turbine: the rotating brushes remove product residues and dirt, making the subsequent rinsing and sanitising steps easier. It does not require any electrical power and is very easy to use, even in small wineries.
