The complete discharge adjustment plug for hydraulic jack consists of a stop pin, safety spring, washer, gasket, adjusting cap, tie rod and chain. These components correspond respectively to positions 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 in the diagram available in the PDF file in the Attachments section.
The spare part is supplied with the maximum chain length for a size 80 jack. Remove any excess links, using the chain already in your possession as a reference.
