The automatic pneumatic capper is suitable for crown caps in 26, 29 and 31 mm sizes and for mushroom-style plastic stoppers, either smooth or ribbed. Height can be adjusted between 10 and 40 cm. It operates with a compressor (minimum 25-litre capacity) with pressure adjustment to 9–10 bar.
To use it, fit the required bushing, then attach the cap to the bushing (or place the plastic stopper on the bottle neck when using plastic stoppers). Position both hands on the pneumatic valves, then press them and release both buttons.
For correct operation, the pneumatic capper must be connected to a compressor with a minimum tank volume of 20 litres, with pressure set to 5–6 bar.
Supplied with:
- Magnetic bushing for 26 mm crown caps;
- Oversized magnetic bushing for 29–31 mm crown caps (also allows use with mushroom-style plastic stoppers, both ribbed and smooth);
- 10 cm aluminium piston;
- Operation with compressor: minimum 20 litres, pressure set to 5–6 bar;
- Bayonet air coupling;
- Safety devices with dual activation buttons and protective front guard;
- Dimensions: width 18.5 cm – depth 23 cm – height 78 cm (head height-adjustable);
